(iii) 本人承認蜆殼可拒絕接受本申請而無須向本人發送任何通知或告知拒絕的理由。
(iv) 本人確認已閱讀及同意接受刊載於www.shell.com.hk/bonus-tc並不時更新的Shell Bonus咭條款與條件 (「條款與條件」)，亦知悉可於油站索取有關列印本。
(v) 本人確認已閱讀及明白及同意刊載於www.shell.com.hk/privacy-policy的私隱政策的約束，亦知悉可於油站索取有關列印本。本人並了解蜆殼會不時對私隱政策做出修改。
